To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will make every reasonable effort to cancel your order before it has been shipped.

Once an order has entered processing or has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you may contact us to arrange a return once the item has been delivered, in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
