Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, orders may not be canceled once processing has begun.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, with a same-day processing cutoff time of 5:00 PM EST.

Standard domestic shipping delivery time is 3–5 business days, using carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Large or freight items may ship via FedEx Freight, Old Dominion, or XPO Logistics.

5.2 Risk of Loss

All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

• A 20% restocking fee may apply
